HHI was started in 2010 by Owner and Veteran JJ Henson, Ret US Army. It was opened with the basic standards of “Do The Right thing”. Since opening the company, HHI has grown from one professional home inspector to four professional inspectors that are also professional tradesman and veterans and a pest control service. HHI now performs about 3300 inspections a year and always uses each inspection as a learning tool for the next. JJ Henson has been a TREC Licensed Professional Inspector for over 10 years and became a InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector in 2015. HHI has become the Leaders in San Antonio and South Texas when it comes to the real estate inspection industry. JJ has relied on continuing education and training outside and within the company to build the best quality inspection service available, sticking to his moto “DO THE RIGHT THING”.

DARYYL PETERSON

CERTIFIED PEST CONTROL APPLICATOR

Darryl has been a Certified Applicator for over 18 years. His knowledge and enthusiasm in the Pest Control industry far exceeds other industry professionals. Darryl joined HHI in 2017 where he brought his years of pest control and wood destroying insect experience and molded HHI into one of San Antonio’s most sought-after Inspection companies for Termites and other wood destroying insects/organisms.
